DIY Hair Mask

Hey y’all! Today I am going to show you my hair after using the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ In-Shower Treatment. I will also be sharing a DIY hair mask tutorial. I like to use a hair mask once a week to keep my hair moisturized.

Everything you need for this hair mask can be found at your local grocery store. There are two versions. Choosing your mask will depend on your hair needs. If you have dry hair make it without baking soda, but if you have oily hair add baking soda. You’ll need avocado, coconut oil, honey, and baking soda (if your hair is oily).

Mash together:

Quarter of the avocado
2 TBSP Coconut oil
1 TSP honey

Add 1 TSP baking soda if your hair is oily

Rub it in your hair and let is sit for a few minutes. Rinse it out with shampoo a couple times so it doesn’t leave your hair greasy. And that’s it! Now you have an easy DIY hair mask you can make at home in 5 minutes. I hope this post is useful for you guys!
