Sleep Training Baby

Sleep training are two words that some parents dread hearing. It’s that time in your life where you need to start teaching your baby that he is not nocturnal. Since every baby is different there isn’t a one size fits all approach. Of course there are many different methods to choose from also. As a momma, I can tell a little bit of what my baby needs to sleep. So instead of just following one method I tailor the existing methods to my child. Audrey and Elliot are very different personalities and I realize that. Also when I started sleep training Audrey it was out of necessity. She was waking up every 30 minutes by 5 months old. I was exhausted, she was over tired. My pediatrician stepped in and told me to start. In the end it was the best thing ever. It changed our lives. Audrey went from being a horrible sleeper to the best sleeper in the house! She was still an early riser, but now at 4 years old she is still the first one up. I am a few days in training Elliot and I’ve already adopted a completely different approach to fit his needs. I’ll post another video on my progress with him in a few days, but here are some tips to get you started!
